Does fear qualify as “needing assistance”?

My threshold for fear is low when it comes to a permanent warnings for everyday activites. This is the entrance door to the recreational center. By opening this door in the extreme Nevada heat, one might upset the equilibrium of the temperature of an 84,120 square-foot facility.

Extreme heat: 1, Insignificant humans: 0.
